The Tiny Plate provides an open plate design to promote self-feeding + utensil use. The plate supports the traditional method of feeding (purées), as well as the baby-led weaning method of feeding (baby-led strips of food).
The open design is exactly what I needed for my little one to practice scooping her own food, and it's sturdy enough that she can't flip it over mid-meal. We've been using them daily for both purées and finger foods, and cleanup is a breeze.
