Kit 3 - Practice Feeding Skills

Category: 12-24 Months
ezpz’s Kit 3 is a set of expertly designed tools that help your little one practice scooping with a spoon, piercing with a fork, self-feeding from a suction plate, and sipping from a straw cup. Inside you'll find our Mini Utensils, Mini Mat, and Mini Cup + Straw Training System.
These tools support the foundational oral-motor and fine motor skills your toddler needs for successful eating and drinking. Parents can follow the included pamphlet and QR code for clear guidance on how to use each tool for their little one’s age and stage.

Thoughtful design helps little ones meet important mealtime milestones.
Easy Meals for Young Toddlers
The smile design of the Mini Mat makes it easy to build a nutritious meal - just fill each section with a fruit or veggie, a protein, and a starch. Offering variety across these food groups helps reduce picky eating, prevent mealtime meltdowns, and encourage kids to try new foods.
Remember, toddlers eat with their eyes first! Turn their plate into playful “teeth,” “ears,” or “eyeballs” to make mealtime fun. A little food art can go a long way in inspiring your toddler to explore something new.

Scooping + Piercing Skill Development
The Mini Utensils include a larger spoon with a firmer spoon bowl and a fork. At mealtime, pre-load the fork by piercing food for your tot and handing it to them. In no time, your little one will be piercing food independently!

Open Cup + Straw Drinking Milestones
Safe straw drinking is a critical skill to foster drinking independence. To start, place the Mini Straw into the lid with the sensory bumps outside of the cup.
The straw's sensory bumps will help keep your toddler's lips stable, while the curvature and shorter length promote safe straw drinking.
Thin liquids are the hardest texture for little ones to consistently swallow safely, so we recommend starting with a liquid with thicker consistency.
